At MCC we are passionate about being physically fit – but more than that – we enjoy the time of fellowship.
The MCC Men’s Fitness group meets Sunday through Thursday to develop our bodies and our relationships.
Schedule:
Weight Training & Conditioning: Monday – Thursday @ 6 p.m.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes: Monday & Wednesday @ 6 p.m.
You don’t have to attend our church to participate and we always welcome newcomers. Whatever your fitness level may be, we will meet you where you are and help you along the path to being a better you.
So come out any Sunday-Thursday evening at 6pm and join us.
